The ‘Cook Dine’ experience will inspire guests to get in touch with their creative side as they spend time with the resort’s Master Chefs, learning traditional Thai cookery techniques.
Guests get to explore the local food market and try local homemade treats and also learn about the delicious fresh ingredients that are available. Guests then become ‘sous chefs’ and assist the process of creating mouth watering 4 courses Thai cuisine, under the watchful eye of the resort’s Master Chefs.
Groups can also enjoy private dining for up to 8 guests at Recipe. The venue allows diners to take in 270 degree ocean views, whilst eating the food they have learnt to cook in the culinary classes earlier on that day.
For ultimate dining experiences at Paresa, guests can indulge in intricate dishes of 6-course degustation menu showcasing the talents of the Executive Chef, Ryan Arboleda, in a live cooking environment. Signature dishes include seared Australian scallops with almond and cinnamon milk, braised pork belly served with spiced pumpkin puree and kaffir lime leaf foam, ‘Ballotine di Pollo’ of local farmed chicken with mascarpone green pea ravioli, sous-vide root vegetables, crème polenta and Pinot Grigio jus.
The experience ends on a luxurious note with the ultimate in alfresco dining at the resort’s beautiful infinity pool. On private islands in the shallow waters of the fibre optic lit infinity pool, guests can eat and drink under the stars, accompanied by the soothing sounds of ocean waves and warm tropical breezes.
The ‘Cook Dine’ package can be tailored for each party individually in order to create their unique unforgettable experience. A superb 4 day 3 night experience staying in Paresa’s stunning two-bedroom suite overlooking Kamala Bay is priced at 99,500 THB (approx. HKD24, 500) for four people between May 15 and October 31, 2012.
